SiFu não gosta de fazer vídeos nem fotos. Ao contrário do que nós, seus alunos achamos, ele se acha um ''rinoceronte'' diante das câmeras. No entanto, há alguns anos nós já vinhamos tentando fazer algumas produções de maneira bem amadora, amadora no bom sentido, de quem realmente ama o que faz, e isso deu uma ajuda na questão de dar uma maior publicidade á nossa escola Sede e também aos núcleos espalhados pelo Brasil e fora do Brasil...

SiFu does not like making videos or photos. Contrary to what we, your students think, he finds himself a "rhino" in front of the cameras. However, a few years ago we had been trying to do some productions in a very amateurish way, in a good way amateur, of those who really love what they do, and this helped to give more publicity to our Headquarters school and also to the Nuclei spread throughout Brazil and outside Brazil ...

Já há algum tempo também venho fazendo alguns vídeos com o núcleo da Brazilian Wing Chun Academy de Recife, fazendo inclusive algumas análises técnicas para o Blog no intuito de trazer um pouco de como nós trabalhamos aqui. Mas acredite, eu não gosto dos vídeos que faço! Isso porque apesar de ser um estudante de nível intermediário, eu não me acho talentoso o suficiente e justamente por isso, tenho treinado e estudado ao máximo que posso. Quando alguns grandes nomes elogiam alguns de meus vídeos, acredite, eu não deixo isso fazer com que eu fique envaidecido...Muito pelo contrário; Sempre enxerguei isso como mais uma responsabilidade que terei, em manter o treinamento em ato nível, o que faz com que eu deva treinar ainda mais. Não, não há nenhuma falsa modéstia aqui...Até porque uma falsa modéstia só gera preguiça e ego inflado...

For some time now I have been doing some videos with the nucleus of the Brazilian Wing Chun Academy of Recife, doing some technical analysis for the Blog in order to bring a bit of how we work here. But believe me, I do not like the videos I make! That's because despite being an intermediate level student, I do not think I'm talented enough and that's precisely why I've been training and studying as much as I can. When some big names praise some of my videos, believe me, I do not let that make me gloat ... Quite the contrary; I have always seen this as one more responsibility I will have in keeping training level, which makes me train even more. No, there is no false modesty here ... Even because a false modesty only generates laziness and inflated ego ...

E nesse meio de campo, SiFu raramente posta seus vídeos. Já que ele é o patriarca de nossa escola, é natural que ele se resguarde em muitos aspectos.  No entanto, nos últimos meses devido á sua esperadíssima participação no CONA - Congresso Nacional de Artes Marciais, SiFu vem fazendo vídeos junto com meus irmãos de Kung Fu e também solicitou que nós, seus discípulos, também filmássemos, o que foi e está sendo feito. De meu turno, filmamos antes do carnaval e ainda estamos nesse processo. Meu Si Hing Lucas, que está na Espanha,  já fez alguns vídeos também.
